Wanda Kay Bailey Farrington President

Wanda Kay is Mrs. Bailey's youngest daughter who grew up in Springhill around the funeral business. She graduated from Springhill High School and attended LSU-S obtaining a BS in mathematics education. Wanda Kay left her career in education to join the staff as a licensed funeral director several years ago. She was awarded the 2014 Business Woman Of The Year by the Springhill Chamber of Commerce.

Cody Manuel is a funeral director who has been providing heartfelt services to families at Bailey Funeral Home for over 20 years. As a proud native of Springhill, he graduated from Springhill High School in 1999 and pursued his passion for mortuary science by graduating from the distinguished Dallas Institute in 2001. Cody is happily married with two beautiful daughters, and he enjoys traveling and watching his daughters play sports when he is not working at the funeral home. It's worth noting that Cody is also a meat goat farmer, in addition to everything else he does. Cody's commitment to the Springhill community and surrounding areas is driven by his desire to help families during their most challenging moments. He understands the importance of providing comfort and support to grieving families, and he never hesitates to go the extra mile to ensure that their needs are met. Cody is an essential member of the Bailey Funeral Home family, and his empathetic approach to serving families is appreciated by all who know him.

Heather Jenkins, a proud native of North Georgia, has returned home to Bailey Funeral Home after a brief stint in Georgia. She is happily married to Jonathan, and they have two young boys, Carson and Parker, along with two furry companions, Cinnamon, an Irish setter, and Honey, a Golden Doodle. Heather is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Arkansas-Hope, where she earned her Associate's Degree in Mortuary Science in 2021. Her unwavering commitment to excellence in her field led her to complete her internship and pass her national boards, and she was licensed in January of 2022. She has a deep love and appreciation for her community, and is committed to serving it with all of her heart. She believes that her career as a licensed mortician is a calling, and is dedicated to providing the utmost care and compassion to families during their most difficult times and is always willing to go above and beyond to help those around her. She is not only a dedicated professional, but she is also a loving mother who cherishes her two boys. She takes great joy in being a mom and supporting her children in their various interests, including football and soccer. She loves attending her boys' sporting events and cheering them on from the sidelines. When she's not busy with work or family, Heather loves to unwind with a cup of coffee, a good book and wrapped in a quilt.

Allison Pharr is an accomplished mortuary science student at the University of Arkansas who is currently interning at Bailey Funeral Home in Springhill. With over a year of experience, Allison is relentlessly pursuing her goal of obtaining her license as a funeral director and embalmer. She is a devoted mother of three children and a proud alumnus of Sarepta High School. In her free time, Allison indulges in her passions for photography and baking. She is a talented and valuable member of her community, where she lends her expertise to help those in need during their most difficult times. Allison's unwavering commitment to her dream of becoming a licensed funeral director is finally paying off, and she is set to graduate in May 2025. She considers it a privilege to be able to serve her community in this role, and she is excited to continue doing so in the future.

Angela Allen is our comptroller and she's a local girl from Springhill. She graduated from Springhill High School in 1985 and then went to Central Baptist College where she got her degree in accounting. She's got a son and two grandkids, and when she's not working hard as our comptroller, she's a singer at the Piney Woods Jamboree. It's a local entertainment spot where you can catch some awesome musicians and singers from the area. Angela's a hard worker and a great example of what you can achieve with some hard work and a lot of grit.
